Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer returns or exchanges only in cases of manufacturing defects, damaged products, or incorrect items received.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect or damage must be provided.

  • The product must pass our quality inspection after it is returned to us.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • You do not like the design, color, size, or style.

  • You change your mind after receiving the product.

  • Normal wear and tear of the product.

  • Minor color variations due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Refusal to accept delivery.

Rubicon Jewels reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.

Partial COD Policy

To reduce fake and unwanted orders, Rubicon Jewels offers Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected products.

  • A non-refundable advance payment of ₹49 is collected at the time of placing a Partial COD order.

  • This amount is used to confirm the order and cover processing costs.

Order Cancellation (Partial COD Orders)

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

If the order is cancelled within 24 hours and has not been shipped, the ₹49 advance payment will be refunded at our discretion.

Once the order has been shipped, the ₹49 Partial COD amount becomes strictly non-refundable, even if:

  • The customer refuses delivery.

  • The customer is unavailable to receive the order.

  • The customer changes their mind.

  • The shipment is returned to us (RTO).

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only when:

  • A manufacturing defect is verified by our quality team.

  • A wrong product has been delivered.

  • The item arrives damaged during transit and the claim is approved.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, and the ₹49 Partial COD amount are non-refundable.

Delivery Information

Most orders are delivered within 4–8 business days across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner performance, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
